Course: B.Voc in Hotel Management and Catering Science

Guru Kashi University's B.Voc in Hotel Management & Catering Science has tailored its courses to impart to its students a comprehensive understanding of hospitality management covering such realms as event management, guest services, and food and beverage operations. The teaching will focus on maintaining service excellence to build the management of tomorrow, equally competent in operational efficiencies, and hands-on training knowledge regarding industries like hospitality and food service.

  • Operational Skills: Management skills related to daily hotel and catering operations shall be developed: housekeeping, food service, and front desk management. 
  • Customer Relations: Train students to manage customer relations effectively and enhance guests' experience. 
  • Coordination & Management: Equip students to plan, coordinate, and execute events from small-sized gatherings to big celebrations.
